FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 for customers located within the United States. This offer is valid for customers within the contiguous United States. Orders that do not meet this threshold will be subject to a shipping fee.
For customers located outside the United States, shipping fees will apply regardless of the order total. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to their order.
RETURNS
We hope that you love what you ordered from Le Club Original. In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we want to make it easy for you to rerun or exchange your product.
Returns of full-price merchandise are accepted within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags and accessories attached.

IMPORTANT
- “Final Sale” items will not be accepted for return/exchange.
- Shipping and return handling must be paid by the customer.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Online orders exchanges to returns will not be accepted in any physical store. You must return the item via mail and place a new order.
HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE BY MAIL
Before mailing the item you wish to return please keep in mind that all returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.

- Repack Merchandise: Package the merchandise in its original bag. Enclose completed the original receipt or packing slip. Returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer and shipped via the carrier of your choice.

NOTE: LCO offers Checkout+ to US customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.
We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund. Your credit will be processed and it should be reflected on your next credit card statement.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, LCO does not offer exchanges on merchandise purchased on our website. If you are looking for a different size and/or color for an item already purchased, simply return the item in you possession and place a new order for the desired item.
